It is National Butcher's Week and to celebrate we are running tastings of lots of delicious Butchers products in the shop 10am-6pm until Thursday. We have a special treat for everyone on Friday to celebrate Red Nose Day which will be a pyjama party with breakfast sandwiches being available throughout the day. For more info on this click here.
Our Butchery Manager Lee will be demonstrating the art of sausage making in the shop and is available to answers any questions about meat, the cut and how to cook it. He will be in the shop awaiting your questions from Wednesday to Friday this week between 10am-11:30am and 4pm-5:30pm, and on Saturday between 11am-2pm. For customers who won't be able to visit at these times we also have a question and answer facility in the butchers where you can post your question and get a personal response.
As well as our amazing sausages we will also be sampling some new handmade products by our Butchery team - chicken curry, pork skewers salt and pepper style, pork skewers peri peri style, and bacon chop with sweet chilli sauce. Add a little spice to your life!
